This tribunal is sui generis in nature and reflect more of a Grand Jury in it final orders. Although it can not be anticipated what the final order of the court will be, it is presumed that it will be in the form of a directive
- to relevant governments/ government institutions or international institutions to prosecute the defendants on those charges on which they were found guilty
- guidance to victims of the crimes in regard to what civil legal action they might consider and discuss with their legal advisers and
- what the attitude of the general public should be and how we should behave towards the convicts and their participation in political and socio-economic activities.
With the support of the general public and the power of public opinion governments, politicians and diplomats will be in contempt of this court at their own peril!
