Evidence in a court of law is more than gossip, conspiracy theories or hearsay. Forensic facts which can be tested for credibility is required. It is however submitted that in this instance we will have a bench of presiding judges as well as a jury consisting of jurists only - people who are well capable of sifting through whatever hearsay or irrelevant might be produced. It is for this reason that we do invite any person who can provide evidence to do so by making it available to either the prosecution or the defense, which ever you think may use it or benefit from it. E-mail addresses of the various parties will be published here as soon as the necessary appointments have been made. As much of the available evidence are already within the public domain, you may also draw attention to evidence by way of suggestions by providing links to the specific URL where it could be found.

This is then an open invitation to the public to participate in these proceedings by supporting either of the parties, commenting or by helping us to generate public interest in this and various other trials that will be conducted.
